Another method of free website traffic building that works wonders, yet is often underestimated and overlooked, is using free online classifieds. Can you use these sites to generate traffic, leads, and advertising to build your business? Absolutely. Truth be told, when I first got started with internet marketing, I built a network of affiliates of over 300 personally sponsored affiliates within a matter of weeks using NOTHING but effective classified ads placed FREE on a number of top advertising sites.

What kind of website gets the best results with this method of free web traffic generation? Well, similar to traffic exchanges, classified advertising works very well for generating leads and sales through effective splash, lead capture, sales, and affiliate landing pages. But you can also attract visitors to any website, webpage, or blog that you choose. Because classified ads let you hit your target audience dead center, the traffic that is generated usually converts into leads and sales, as it has for me.

The KEYS to Successful Free Classified Ads…

Use The TOP Sites-The web holds 1000’s of free classified websites on the web, but only a percentage of them are worth your time. There are two things that you want to look for in a classified site.

1- Traffic Rank-Obviously the advertising sites that have the most traffic are going to provide the most free web visitors to you. Look for sites that get plenty of traffic, and stay away from the ones who have not yet built their sites up with a strong user base.

2- Google PR-Classified ad sites that have higher PR will give you more return that low PR sites. Your ads can get listed by the search engines under any keywords you use in your ads, and higher PR sites get listed quicker and easier. And also, you can increase your link popularity through ongoing classified ads, and high PR sites give the best links and free web visitors.

The Ad Headline is Crucial- In reality, your headline will be the most important part of your entire ad. Why? Because unless it does what you need it to do, the rest of your ad cannot get its job done either. The headline essentially has two jobs; to target your audience and to get them to click on your ad. Use a benefit oriented approach, and immediately tell what problem you solve or what benefit you offer. Also, attempt to employ powerful, attention grabbing words and phrases.

Talk About the Customer Benefits- Many people do not understand the keys to professional copy writing, but you can easily master the art of writing great ads with one simply technique. Always think in terms of the profits that will be gained by your prospect from clicking on the link to your website, page, blog, or JV partner link. Remember, most folks out there are not interested in you, but they will always be interested in what you have that can benefit THEM.

Be the Boss- It seems so simple that it can often be overlooked, but a simple call to action has been proven time and again to lead to more of whatever action you are trying to get. In the case of classified ads, you are trying to get the readers of your ad to click on your link to visit your site. So, tell them to do exactly that. “Click the link for more FREE info!” is a simple example of a call to action that can get more people to actually click…. giving you a boost in traffic.

When you form a new UK registered company its a legal requirement to have a company name. However, many people do not understand that the are lots of important rules associated with choosing a company name. There are two aspects to this, firstly the name of the company can affect the company commercially and secondly the name needs to comply with a number of legal requirements. This article is concerned with the latter.

Currently most of the rules that govern the name of a company are contained in the Companies Act 2006. We will briefly review them here but the reader should bear in mind that this is a guide only and not intended to be comprehensive. We strongly recommend that if the reader has any doubt over the validity of a company name then they seek suitable professional advice from either a Chartered Accountant such as Accountants Pontypridd, Lawyer or Chartered Company Secretary. It may be beneficial for the reader to review the Companies Act 2006 documentation.

Offensive names are prohibited.
Names suggesting connection with government or public authority require approval from the Secretary of State.
There may be other sensitive words or phrases in the proposed company name that require prior approval from the Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State may not permit certain characters to be included in a company name.
The name of a limited company that is a public company must end with “public limited company” or “p.l.c.”. In the case of a Welsh company, its name may instead end with “cwmni cyfyngedig cyhoeddus” or “c.c.c.”. There are some exceptions to this requirement.
The name of a limited company that is a private company must end with “limited” or “ltd.”. In the case of a Welsh company, its name may instead end with “cyfyngedig” or “cyf.”. Again, there are some exceptions to this requirement
The company name must be unique, i.e. it can not be the same as another company.
A company name must not be misleading. Eg. The name must not describe an activity that a company does not carry out.

In addition to the above, there are a number of other legal issues that should be carefully considered including, but not limited to, copyright law and trade mark law. Are you forming a Company in Cardiff, Swansea or anywhere else for that matter, then it is recommended you speak to a Chartered Accountant near Cardiff.
